Buildings we serve

Concrete fails differently in a garage than in a cooling tower. Here's what we see most on each, and what we do about it. These are examples, not the whole list.

Parking structures

What usually goes wrong

Spalling at columns and T's, worn-out bearing pads, cracked beams and joints, and traffic coatings that have worn through.

What we do about it

Structural concrete repair, carbon fiber on T's and beams, bearing pad replacement, epoxy crack injection, healer-sealer and re-striping.

Cooling tower basin wall after concrete repair

Cooling towers

What usually goes wrong

Basin walls and floors eaten by treated water, concrete spalling down to the rebar, and leaks at the basin.

What we do about it

We remove the deteriorated concrete down to sound material, treat the steel and rebuild the walls, with chemical-resistant coatings where the spec calls for them.

Air barrier installed around window openings on a new commercial building

New construction

What usually goes wrong

General contractors need the building envelope bid and installed to the plans and spec: below-grade waterproofing, air barriers and joint sealants.

What we do about it

We bid and install below-grade waterproofing, liquid-applied air barriers and exterior joint sealants, built to the plans and spec.

We also work on hotels and resorts, and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Don't see your building? Call the desk at 623.476.7425 and describe it.
